Geralda David
From a young age, Attorney David harbored a deep passion for law, which led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree with honors at Florida International University (FIU). Afterward, she realized her dream of becoming an attorney by obtaining her Juris Doctorate from FIU Law in 2013. During her time at FIU Law, she broadened her horizons by studying abroad in Seville, Spain.
Attorney David’s journey into the legal field continued as she worked as a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) at the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at FIU, advocating for low-income immigrant clients in various cases, including political asylum and deportation. Additionally, she contributed her legal expertise to the Investor Advocacy Clinic, representing small investors in securities arbitration claims.
Upon entering the legal profession, Attorney David discovered her calling in assisting individuals injured due to negligence. Specializing in personal injury cases for over a decade, she tirelessly fights for those seriously harmed, securing monetary compensation for their injuries. Her scope of expertise spans a wide array of cases, including automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, premises liability, defective products, slip and fall, trip and fall, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, dog bites, medical malpractice, food poisoning, prescription errors, inadequate security, pedestrian accidents, construction accidents, and drowning accidents. Notably, Attorney David has achieved remarkable success, handling high-stakes cases resulting in settlements exceeding seven figures.
Fluent in French and Creole, Attorney David actively engages in professional organizations such as the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Haitian Lawyers Association, demonstrating her commitment to both her profession and her community.
