Legal Secretary

Jenn Maezel Almacen, a 25-year-old from the Philippines, is a dedicated and compassionate individual whose life journey reflects strength, service, and unwavering purpose. She comes from a simple and hardworking family—her father worked as a car mechanic and electrician, while her late mother, a devoted housewife, became disabled after suffering a stroke back in 2013. The values of love, resilience, and selflessness that Jenn learned from her parents continue to shape who she is today.

Jenn is the middle child of five siblings, and her family journey includes caring for her younger brother, who is deaf and mute—an experience that deepened her empathy and sense of responsibility from a young age.

She began her college education in Accountancy but later discovered her true passion for teaching—a path her late mother had always hoped she would pursue. Honoring that dream, Jenn shifted her focus to Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics. As a practice teacher in high school, she found joy in connecting with students and nurturing their growth, while developing essential skills in teaching, communication, and mentorship.

Her career path has been diverse and meaningful. Jenn worked for six months in a BPO office, gaining valuable corporate experience, before joining AAACPD, a non-profit organization serving persons with disabilities. For over two years, she has been part of the organization’s mission, Awareness, Advocacy, and Access.

Outside of her professional life, Jenn finds peace in simple hobbies—playing chess, cooking, and cleaning during her quiet moments. These routines not only reflect her grounded nature but also give her strength and balance.
