Veronica Robinson, Esq.

Board Certified Specialist in Juvenile Dependency

Veronica Robinson is the distinguished Owner and Attorney at the Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, P.A., with a well-established sister office in Northern Virginia. Since earning her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995, where she specialized in family law, Veronica has devoted her career to guiding families through the intricate challenges of family transitions. She firmly believes that thorough preparation outside the courtroom is as critical as the proceedings within it, recognizing that a strong foundation enables families to navigate their most difficult times toward a brighter and more hopeful future.

Veronica’s legal expertise spans several key areas, with her primary focus remaining in family law. This includes divorce proceedings, child support, timesharing (child custody), paternity matters, and child welfare and dependency issues. The Florida Bar recently distinguished her as a Board-Certified Attorney in Juvenile Law, highlighting her exceptional knowledge and dedication to family law.

In addition to family law, Veronica brings a wealth of experience in disability-related claims, such as IDEA and Social Security Disability claims. However, her true passion lies in advocating for families facing life-altering transitions. She dedicates herself to assisting families with Guardian Advocacy and securing K-12 educational support through the public school system.

A tireless community advocate, Veronica serves as the CEO of the African-American Advocacy Center for Persons with Disabilities, a non-profit organization, and as a board member for Florida Children’s First. She also serves as an attorney-ad-litem, representing children in dependency and educational matters. The National Association of Trial Lawyers recognizes Veronica’s distinguished trial skills by featuring her as an instructor.

Veronica holds membership as a Charter Member of the Bernice Gaines Dorn Black Women Lawyers Association and as a member of Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida. Her career stands as a testament not only to her legal accomplishments but also to her unwavering commitment to service, advocacy, and fostering diversity within the legal profession.

Veronica’s legacy grows stronger through numerous accolades, including the prestigious Difference Maker Award from the American Bar Association in 2020 for her impactful community service, and the 2024 Lawyers of Distinction Award for Excellence in Family and Divorce Law. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 1989, Veronica Robinson continues to make a profound difference, not only through her legal expertise but also through her tireless passion for advocating for others and leaving a lasting, positive impact on the communities she serves.
